Proudly raised in New Jersey, far from the Jersey Shore, Phil spent much of his childhood obsessing about brands and business. From a young age, his parents knew that he was destined for a life of marketing and communications.
Somehow or other, he ended up at Liberty University, and the result was a degree in Communications and a job with Warner Bros. Records. Despite his affinity for terrible early 90s music, Phil worked in the music industry for five years before realizing that it was going in an unfortunate downward spiral. He reinvented his life and moved to Nashville in 2010, where he founded BAM!, a boutique social media firm for independent business owners.
Over the past two years, BAM! has been part of some amazing opportunities, greater than Phil could have expected. BAM! has since migrated from a small business focused firm to an interactive social business company working with businesses of all sizes. He is excited to lead his company into the next phase. Phil has a deep love for music in many forms from Jay Z to Patti LuPone, enjoys traveling around the globe when he isn’t working — and most importantly opening his home and kitchen to his friends for a kiki, hanukkah or a just a simple (yet extravagant) dinner party.
After graduating from Mississippi State University in 2004 with a degree in Public Relations, Haley moved to Nashville in early 2005 to pursue a dream – she just wasn’t clear on what it was. Since then, Haley has worked as a cosmetics business manager, a freelance graphic designer and served on the board of the Nashville chapter of Mississippi State Alumni in multiple capacities, currently as President. So yeah, you could say she was the obvious choice for our Project Manager. In her spare time she loves to travel, try out new recipes, catch up on back issues of Entertainment Weekly, go to the movies and play board games.
Topics to avoid with Haley if you want to keep the conversation short: her family (especially her niece and nephew) and television. We cannot emphasize this enough.
Live music and a glass of whiskey is how Adam would love to spend every evening, but sadly he did not graduate from Ohio University to become a lush. Dedicated to his career, Adam could only wish that he would be able to take a night off from work. Originally from Ohio Adam moved to Nashville in 2012 for his career in the music and marketing industries. Talking and forging relationships is a natural ability of his which makes him an irreplaceable asset to the BAM team! Hot on the pulse of pop culture his words are endless and his smile lights up a room!
